Can you refer to any example where chaos engineering has been implemented ?

Yes, of course. There are many examples (and growing as more companies adopt the practice), but two examples that I really like: - Tyler Wells (Sr Engineering Director @ Twilio) uses Chaos Engineering as a way to validate mental models/understandings of services. He built this into a process that would ensure any engineer (especially junior or new hires) could understand their service to respond in an incident. See his talk from Chaos Conf 2020: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rajMhKCdmKeDjNk - Caroline Dickey (SRE @ Mailchimp) used Chaos Engineering to test and better understand their application.
