I was a smoker for about 11 years of my life...shit was hard to quit. Did many tricks and always ended up smoking back...Just quit the damn thing and never look back and trust me your body is gonna thank you big time... it's been almost 3 months for me, I have happy mood zero anxiety now a days...I am gonna continue like this🙌 for a good 14 days I didn't even step out of my home to see anyone and it worked.

Actually,cold turkey means to stop taking or doing something instantly.“Cold turkey” is a quick-fix method to quitting tobacco, alcohol, or drugs. Rather than gradually tapering off[lessen gradually] the substance, you stop taking it immediately.This is used by people who cant use the method you gave above[tapering off]...

I quit drinking im in day 3 its hard but i will continue Advice : if you have anyone to stay with you for 5 days or 7 days call them you will need them Or you can just go to the hospital Im doing it alone and its alot harder
