What is Columbia's Postbac Premed Program? Is it Right for You?

The question I get asked most is "what does postbac mean?" so I thought I would talk about what my experience has been like so far with Columbia University's Postbac Premed program. I also talk about how to know if Columbia's program is the right program for you, if you're thinking about doing a postbac program and what benefits doing one has. These include things like having a dedicated advisor and having opportunities to do linkage with medical school and getting a committee letter.
Columbia's Postbac Premed is the oldest program of its kind and one that I'm proud to be apart of!

Hey Fredrick, I am applying to Columbia's Postbac for the upcoming Fall semester and was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about the program. Like how do you finance it? Did you find external scholarships to apply to?

you have to finance it on your own (savings, loans, begging family lol)
