CTM is one of the worst software I ever use, slow, unresponsive, anti-intuitive, silly process to do simplest task. When you perform a routine task like ordering job or download, you never know the status of your submission, you don't know if it will take five seconds or one hour. Do yourself a favor and get Autosys instead
