I started smoking 9 years old and quit when I was 28years. 2 weeks after quitting I started getting strokes, couldn't breathe properly etc. I was diagnosed with COPD and ashtma when I was 28years... now I'm 32, soon 33 and constantly thinking how this will effect my life? I would like to dive and do all kinds of nice things but fex. skydiving wasn't easy for me due to air being thin up there. My biggest regret is smoking and I cannot understand why ppl around me smoke when they see what has happened to me😞

@@luizacalugaru1712 Hi, I'm happy to tell you that I moved between salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea in Spain and haven't needed inhalators for over 6 months.😊 Only when doing extreme sports or skinny diving.

My brother was suffering from Pneumonia from 2-3 months. He took so many treatments for it but symptoms did not resolve. Finally, thought of trying Ayurveda, came to Planet Ayurveda, met Dr. Vikram. Dr. prescribed him with COPD care pack. He is still taking these medicines and has much improvement now.

This is partially correct but partial doesn’t mean correct. It’s correct where it benefits them. Those that sell crap for COPD.
