Hey i hope u are doing well l am student mechanical engineering i would like to do this field at university or even take certification but i didn't find in my country is there any center or schools that's providing this certification...

Yeah,you gotta do some abroad study bro.Btw you won't won't able to find a good paying job in your country.I would suggest you Italy as it has a huge ship building industry.You can easily get hired.But tbh brother,you're in the most flexible side of engneering.Mech is surely better than most other Engg Degrees.Don't narrow your job scope pursuing this if you're doing good in mechs.It pays great.But actually job scope I low and hiring rate.On the other hand,It won't be rare to find a Material Engg/Chemical Engg competing for the same post.It's vauge but I think a mech engg too can pursue the same job...Btw,do the right thing.Follow your head not heart in career choices.
