Reminds me of the drug dealers that I've seen in my life for about 7 years in my neck of the woods, she has no purpose in her life apart from abusing substance on the daily, my landlord takes the mick and odes nothing to resolve the issues that have stacked against her for well over 20 years, it has reached a boiling point where my landlord now has to consider all their options to try and resolve the issues once and for all, in my opinion, someone like her should be put on supervised accommodation where she is watched on the daily.
