Dangerous to me is more of basic instinct while unsafe is more sophisticated and more systematic.

Very similar to what I mentioned in the video, unsafe being the presence of uncontrolled hazards and dangerous being not identifying or assessing the hazards but rushing headlong into peril. Cheers! --Kevin
