Yes, you can raise the web form and inform the Immigration that you have got the deferment and you can travel on the same Visa. Your permit will be issued once you will land in Canada and that would be valid for the duration of your course.

I have applied for swinburne university and got my unconditional LOO on 22 december 2023. The deadline to accept the offer was 31 december 2023 monday. I pay my tuition fee on 27 december 2023 and after getting swift copy from the bank, I accept my offer on 30 december 2023 saturday with swift copy and signed LOO. Hello sir , I got my visa and also passport got stamped of September22 intake but it is late and college also not allowed me to late start and no online option in my course. After get visa i mailed college but they didn't replied and next day they sent a mail that they revoked my offer letter. I ask to agent he said he already applied from Apply board and automatically when seats full college defer your intake. Should i need to worry because my offer letter revoked? There is any chances to get my visa cancel? and will college give me new offer letter of upcoming intake? Is defer really possible from Apply board? that whats my agent said Please sir reply Because sir you have good knowledge

Hi sir, I requested a deferral from Northeastern University (from Fall 22 to Fall 23). The fall session starts from August. But the university grants deferrals in October. So if by chance, my deferral request gets rejected then will I lose the Fall 22 seat as well?

@@realbabychad I had an admit from Purdue and University of Waterloo as well. Both universities are better ranked than NEU. Also, I had a scholarship for Waterloo. The course was MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Hello Team, As mentioned in my below email, seat reservation transfer had been made. Therefore, that as well has a expiration date. In my case, the date on which this amount is going to stand null and void is 14th Jane 2022. I hope you understand that this will turn into a big loss for me and family if decisions are not made on time. On the other hand, I seek out for course interchange from Global business management to Business analytics for January 2023. However, the one condition I encountered is to pay the first semester fee which in my scenario I certainly can not as I don’t have the letter of acceptance of business analytics.

Sir, I deferred from may 2023 intake to sept intake I already got my visa in jan2023 but due to some reason I was not able to upload my document (poe) on my student portal that's why college has automatically deferred me to next intake ,now I also got my new offer letter I also mailed college to give me seat for spring 2023 but they said seats are limited so they cannot do anything So what I should now? Does it effect my visa and immigration process Should I upload my new offer letter on ircc portal do I have to restart all the procedure again like I have registered my gic in November and my medical validity is also upto 11/11/2023 sir, please tell I am very scared about further queries
