What is difference between type of longboard for downhill & carving?

Let's observe the difference between these two boards
going down the same slope

Have you tried 4" hangers on 40" and longer longboards with 90mm wheels? I've recently been switching all my Longboard Surfskates to 4" and even 3" truck hangers and they ride so much better than wide hangers! My current main longboard setup is a 40" x9" pintail with a Meraki Surfskate adapter on the front, 4" hangers front and rear, and 90mm wheels. The ride is absolutely Phenomenal.

That's good. I like 4 inches too. I don't have a pintail board. It's fun to try various settings👍✨

Harder bushings, large cored wheels, and a stiffer board means less energy lost but so much comes down to the start and how hard/how good the release of your final push

Downhill longboard also has narrower trucks.

That's right, the latest trucks are short hanger, I haven't seen them in my country yet.
