Save your time... Fermentation is a process in which u add water +any sweet substance(sugar) in the presence of yeast , after in result we get CO2 and ethanol.... Distillation is the process by which we can get pure alcohol Suppose take the mixture of ethanol and heat up in a pot which is attached to a condenser...as we all know ... alcohol evaporate more fastly than water.... that's why. the alcohol passed through the condenser and make a liquid of pure alcohol... The ethanol which we get before distillation process is 9-10% after distillation process it will be 45-50% Hope it help uhhh...🥂🙂

Fermentation means production of Alcohol (+ water) from sugar (Fructose and Sukrose).... Distillation means sepration of alcohol from water mix solution.
