Exactly. Drug testing should not be a condition of employment. Impairment should be. There really needs to be a better way to test for marijuana users. if I stop smoking for 2 weeks and go for a drug test im still technically impaired in the employers eyes and can't preform the job safely? but I can come into work hammered off piss from the night before and I'm fine?

Because alcohol is more socially acceptable for some reason. Nobody cares if you get hammered every night 7 days a week but god forbid you smoke a little bit of weed after a long shift.
