So I had blood test everything, was good, then I went to donate plasma, they found an M-protein imbalance, so I went to my doctor have a urine test, same result. I will be doing additional testing to isolate the diagnosis, however there are days where I feel extremely tired, some numbness in finger tips and toes, overall great health, good diet. Not sure what I can add with diet and supplements to have more energy? I suspect it's low red blood cell count. I read where turmeric is good to take because of the curcumin.

I am 76 years old and because I was training at Camp Lejuene for one month in 1968 and drank the toxic waters there I went to my VA Hospital and in 2022 tested positive for MGUS. I am easily fatigued as you say you are but so far no Multiple Myeloma. I read the Quercetin has been uses to both prevent and treat Multiple Myeloma in other countries then the United States. I also take special vitamins and antioxidants with the hopes I do not get Multiple Myeloma. My energy level remains low; but at least I am still outside playing golf. I have left sided carpal tunnel syndrome which is also associated with MGUS and both my IGG and IGM antibodies are low which as you know is better then high. However MGUS does signify that I have a secondary immunodeficiency disease for the rest of my life. So I must avoid any infections or inflammation Let me know if you want to learn more how I am dealing with MGUS and perhaps we can share notes over the next few years. Cheers

@@thomasfraser9072 hello, I recently found that high quality Vitamin E helps, I was looking for vitamins that could help with red blood cells and came across an article that mountain climbers often take vitamin E some studies show it doesn't help, others do, I also started taking Organic vitamin C. The 1st time I tried this was on a bad day where I dragged myself to the store and popped 3 vitamin E pills and within 3 hours I had plenty of energy and was feeling perfect. Since that time C,D,E,B-Complex and Cod liver oil are my main supplements for energy, etc. I havent had those really bad days since, I'm also big on carnivore but do add some green veggies with the diet, I"m 61 yrs. Use to play a ton of racquetball, but now playing lots of pickleball... I also suspect I've had MGUS most of my life, some think it's from Vaccines. Have a psy degree from looong time ago, but it did teach me how to do research and be able to summerize scientific studies, so that helps learning about MGUS. I know more than my doctor now...lol
