I love the way , Sir has explained the entire concept. His manner of speaking , proved that he has profound knowledge in the subject. Being a Lab Technologist myself , I know how important it is to follow standard protocols while performing Biochemistry assays. One slight mistake and the entire diagnosis changes..... Public(who are mostly uneducated in a country like ours) can obsess about Clinicians and worship them like anything .....but the truth is they are literally handicaps without the support of good Technologists and Quality Control Analysts.....

The only difference is that in fixed time, the points on which we take absorbance is constant and can't be changed whereas in kinetic, we can take absorbance at different time points provided we maintain the delay and interval time.

Yes you can. Add the values in fixed time mode as per the kit literature.
