I understood 3 things from this lecture - 1) subject consciousness/ego exists because it was created by the objects that we experience, therefore it has no independent existence of its own, 2) desires are what we swim in, therefore our goal for liberation must be tied to desires, 3) it is natural for the mind to have thoughts, but it is up to us if we want to give it power.

Enlightment is only happened to an unhealed person he needs it the most....it helps us to live life rightly n delete ego fear n self sabotage..💖I think there is much much more to spirituality.only God chooses that person ..else lead your life rightly

Yes. Enlightenment is not a sudden happening in time. Its just the realisation of the knowledge of scriptures. Its nothing but a mindset
