Hello, while doing PTRC return FY 23-24 error msg generated - period key in file and portal are not same. Period in file is 2023. How can I resolved the issue, please help.

Hi sir This annual Professional tax is applicable for Maharastra, Delhi, Andrapradesh and Telangana. If applicable what's the PT fee and due date for respective states. Pls suggest me sir

Kindly do below process : Condition -1 : If your have PTRC liability... For Example : Your liability is Rs.2000/- and you have also paid Rs.2000/-. Then kindly put less liability in Form-IIIB i.e., Rs.1800/- and show in paid challan Rs.2000/-. Dont put "0" zero in any column. And then go to MAHAGST portal & uploading the same. Then MAHAGST portal will show draft of Form-IIIB. From that draft you can see exact data which has reflecting in MAHAGST portal. Go through it. I hope this will solve query.

How we show less liability actual liability is more and paid challan is as per actual liability It will show excess paid. I think excel form version change ho gaya he govt ne abhi tak upload nahi kiya he

@@niranjanvedpathak7855 liability kam isiliye dikhana he kyonki error free hone ke liye... ekbar aapki file error free ho gayi to form submission me jana lekin upload nahi karna he. Error free hone ke bad aapko return previous dikhega jisme aako actual late fees of payment details reflect hoga use copy kar ke aapke form me update karna he aur aapki actual liability shown karke update excel form iii-b file karna he.
