The key is to help them understand how the best become the best, and that is from hard work, perseverance, and discipline. If they don’t end up becoming the best, then at least it wasn’t stemming from a limited belief in their abilities

How do people interact with Ethereum, what are the most popular projects, fastest growing? Which Dapps or Defi could actually change the way we do business? I think you should have pointed out that the move to PoS will be a move towards centralization - people with higher stake will have more power - basically the same type of power dynamics we have on the fiat side.

This is not true, because a lot will be stacked in smart contracts that won't pick and choose which transactions to validate and also, there will be huge groups controlling huge amounts of ethereum. You would need to own 51% of the stake amount to decide which to validate and which not to and if you do that and the network/community finds out, you'r staking eths will get slashed, so it doesn't make financial sense to take that risk. It's the same thing with Bitcoin mining pools, currently some of them control huge amounts of hash power but even so, they don't control 51% of the hash power (let alone 51% of the nodes)...
