If exosomes are from cancer cell lines then it can Cause tumor/cancer any where in the body. But if it's source is stem cells or any other body cell lines, then it won't cause cancer. But here is one thing, exosomes can't be transported at room temperature unless lypolyzed. The exosomes you are using should go through analysis and clinical trails. It's not safe to use any company exsome.
