Yuri Lipski was one of those divers. In April 28 2000, Yuri, a diving instructor along with the other divers were going to the blue hole to see new species of fish, he was holding the camera for just for the documentation. All of a sudden, he felt uncontrolled and sink in 115 meters as he was suffered from oxygen intoxication and nitrogen narcosis. His last word was "Help." as he was trying to call for the other divers save him, but they didnt hear his cry, after he was going to sink.

I think I watched his video before and it was really painful

@@MoFassih Ikr, it is the most haunting last word of him after the tragic incident.
@MoFassih2 жыл бұрын
But I think the video I watched was not a diving instructor, because from the beginning of the dive he was diving in a way that does not indicate professionalism and did not control the buoyancy well, which led to a rapid fall and the whole video was no more than 5 minutes

Yuri‘s body was recovered by Tarek Omar two or three days after the accident. He was not been eduqated for tech diving, he did not use right equipment, he had a lot heavy gear with non quick release… I think the biggest mistake was that he didn’t have a dive partner, his tank mix and non control of bouyancy… After rich 40/50m deepth he was loose his compass because of nitrogen narcosis and oxy toxicity. It’s very sad to end like that.

Exactly, this is what happened, and this is due to his lack of experience with it

Why don't they raise the bodies? At what depth are they?
@MoFassih2 жыл бұрын
Most of the bodies were recovered, leaving only some belongings, at a depth of approximately 110 to 120 meters

dahab hole is a very popular diving place in egypt with a beautiful underwater arch starting at a depth of 60 metres. this arch is beautiful and bright and make regular/tourist divers want to go for it. but it is very deep and long to go through and requieres pro equipment and knowledge with other combo of gaz to breath. many many divers died there, killing the regular air of their single tank by going too deep with the wrong equipment. it is the place with most dead divers stats in the world. hope i helped, good day from france friend !

That's right, I made a video before about the cause of death of the divers in the Blue Hole and I will translate the video to make it easier for divers of all countries to understand it , the video link 👇 kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKPcdZJrrJyZpNU
