You already received many queries, which even I want to know; and yes i have few queries too: 1) how will we know property is at the prime location when we are located elsewhere? 2) how will we get information on the appreciation part? 3) are the properties under construction or ready to move in? Is there any waiting period to receive rental yield? And can we invest in already occupied properties such as getting units from 2nd market similar to buying gold etfs? Like this many question. First thing is all experts say the rental income is approximately 2-3 percent per year. How can we gain much from this? Secondly we don't know actually what appreciation we are getting from a property and when it will be sold to materialize the gain. Thirdly real estate is a sector of black money, believe it or not. Despite the sebi rules, actual black money involved will not come out. Lastly, the company running this business will definitely not depend on their legal fees, they will expect more than that. In short it is not worth investing.
