I have been searching for good fuzzy logic tutorials lately. This is the best one I came across. You distinguished the difference between Fuzzy and general approaches very neatly. I was confused about it even after watching a lot of other Fuzzy tutorials. Hopefully, that has been cleared. Thank you!

How is the result different from closed-loop proportional control? You also get similar action for similar temperatures. Furthermore, how are the plant dynamics taken into account by fuzzy logic?
