I am using Microsoft 3d viewer program and the transparent parts (glass, diamond, etc.) of my models are not visible? But I can see other gltf web viewers as well. I wonder what is the reason for this? Because there are transparent objects in the models in Microsoft's model library?

This depends on the model. If the model is using newer glTF extensions (such as the transmission extension described in this video), then they are not currently supported in 3D Viewer. The few transparent objects in the model library are using alpha blending.

Couldn't you just use a roughness texture to control the shininess of the metal part instead of using the clearcoat extension?
