An effective Executive S&OP process is one where everyone who is engaged in the process knows what is expected of them. The RACI matrix breaks down each person's role, and we mainly focus on the responsibility and accountability. Accountabilities and responsibilities are tied to the specific S&OP plans. Using a RACI matrix makes it easy to see who’s responsible for what, ensuring there is ownership and clarity for plans stay on track.
