Hello Dr I am suffering from gingivitis problem since last 4 months. Shown to dentist, taken all sorts of treatment ie metrogil , buccal paste, pain reliever gel etc. There are mouth ulcers and lesions inside all mouth except tongue. Please suggest some effective treatment.
