Thank you Ana for compiling this. Georgia is the most beautiful country I have ever lived in and the Georgian people the most wonderful, passionate people it has ever been my pleasure to live and work with. The current situation is incredibly worrying. The drive of Georgians towards Europe, towards openness, towards fairness is a under threat, and I applaud the people of Georgia for standing up peacefully and letting their voices be heard.

Lol. Why did you cut the part in Video where they say "Hungary has the same law". Fishy. Hungary or Europe and America has the same law. So it is not only Russian law. Is it true that Georgian President is French national?

what about showing the pro government protests
@akonti27 ай бұрын
The presentation is false. I have friends in Georgia and all are saying the law is copied from the USA law about foreign agents. The only requirement is to register if you are paid by another country. not Georgia. Do Georgians have no right to know who is paying you? This low is active in the US since 1938.
@speakgeorgian7 ай бұрын
Your friends do not have the right information, even Georgian parliament says that it is Russian and the west says it is against EU. To register as a foreign agent and do not receive money anymore? If the government wants transparency, it is very obvious that they get everything from Russia.
@anakacharava41597 ай бұрын
Stop lying. 90 percent of the population opposes this law. It does not serve transparency, but is aimed at silencing the civil sector.
@dr.embersfield15517 ай бұрын
@@speakgeorgian The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is brainwashing you pretty hard. This is an American law, it's called FARA. Look it up! They only want you to think it's a Russian law because they want you to hate it and reject it. Obviously, they don't want to expose themselves of how much money they receive from the USA. Transparency is always a good thing for the citizens. Please, try to apply critical thinking and don't let yourselves being used as a tool. You said registering as a foreign agent stops the money. That's false. The law does not stop the funding, it just show the funding to the public.
