Good morning friends. How are you are you doing your exercises do in regularly then it is help to you water ,food ,rest these three add you will get good health . Today meditation what I learn in second one explain to you are ready for learn are you sit in padmasnana or vajrasana your poster in comfortable sit in the morning 4to 6 and evening 5 to 7 between one hour do meditation it will be more and more help to you you start your meditation close your eyes your hands put in left hand under right hand put in upper put at under of stomach . Think it going in meditation thoughts comming don't extended after five minutes you will be leave the air in your lungs five times take inspiration and respiration then after you will be freely inspired filled with air in your lungs then you go through in meditation it is one hour extended go through itself thoughts will come don't extended your self manthra used *shoham* used when need less times use itself don't sleep do in attention one hour meditation. When thoughts comming then manthra used it is go out then you will be continue the meditation. 30 minutes over going on your meditation do smoothly 45 minutes over last ten minutes don't opened your eyes in meditation continues then you raised your both hands in upper left hand massage with right hand right hands massage with left hand massage means every finger top to bottom press it up to your shoulder both hands with two hands you will try your legs also massage it self stomach also massage stomach sides massage and your back side also do massage face also massage it in your body every part also massaged it self face at two hand rubbished some heat produced put at your eyes then slowely opened youreyes one hour over your meditation also completed all your body parts fully massaged .you have no body pains you will be freely .happy life you will be enjoyed .
