There hasn't been a Viceroy of Canada since the end of WW11. RF hasn't used Viceroy's for decades. Canadians didn't want RF in that position anymore. The Canadians wanted a Canadian in that position. Harry is such a simpleton. The firm is standing behind the contract and he thinks all that has to be done is for the BRF to agree to a dissolution.
