This journey is a true spiritual journey you just have to come out of the separation consciousness and just to be yourself which is your twinflame spiritual journey means journey of your soul so you just have to align with your soul which is your twinflame you have to let of your ego. Ego should not play role in this journey so the more you align with soul the more the ego dies. You just have to discover that you and your twin are one this is a felt experience not understanding that you and your twinflame are one people see their twins externally this journey is all about letting go of the illusion that you and your are separated . You are already your twinflame you just have to resonate with this and just to be in your true vibration and being your soul which is your twinflame this is not a metaphysical relationship which is mind this is a journey of your soul you just have to align with soul.

I think chakra balancing is part of my inner work because I’m very ungrounded physically because of childhood trauma and the effect that has on the nervous system. I can’t imagine coming into union with my twin flame without yoga and other healing modalities as I need it for my experience. Also I think it’s part of my mission to help others heal themselves so in that regard, it is part of inner work for me

What yu say is true!! My point is - many feel that only sitting for meditation is healing. And that's the inner work. I want to point out that inner work is not just meditation. It could be ONE of the tools to support and facilitate inner work but that isn't the inner work itself.

This is amazing, very easy to understand and to the point. Acceptance is a turning point where I noticed after that whenever the thought of him is increasing and makes me go crazy that is an indication to a new thing I should be aware of and intend to overcome it, Iam using the phrase “ mission activated” to put a fun aspect to it haha and after that magically as painful as it is.. I find answers and over come it..and say “ Mission accomplished” and so in haha..I was writing in my journals that since I started this journeyevery week I see the world with new lenses, everything the same yet nothing feels the same to me.. thank you for sharing your knowledge with us ❤️

Pradnya, thank you for putting this video together. It is the most honest guidance I gave found. It makes the most sense to me now that our inner work is starting with ourselves, our self awareness, behaviors, actions, thoughts, feelings. Yes, working on chakra balancing and aura cleansing etcetera us important but this leads us away from looking inward at ourselves and doing a lit of housekeeping and inner healing. Doing this is the primary focus, I now see, that will enhance the spiritual practices we do such as meditation, etc. Namaste Pradnta, and all who found this video and are on their journey to union.

Hi Pradnya, first of all a big thanks for putting in all the effort and time as, I am sure, it is helping alot of twins in this painful yet transformational journey. Agree to the point that meditation and healing are tools while the real work starts with identifying the focus areas, accepting them and most importantly applying the learnings in your day to day life. When I reflect; I see pain, hurt, anger, ego, fear, expectations, attachments and I see patience, tolerance, acceptance, understanding, unconditional love, self-love. I see GROWTH. I resonate with all that you shared in this video. I am convinced that I am heading in the right direction; however there is one thing that worries me always is the fact that at times I doubt whether he is my twin. I know in one of your answers on Quora you had mentioned that there is so much happening in the journey that sometimes even realising that it’s a twin can take a lot of time. I know, it’s just a label but may be because I associate twin flame to union and so not being a twin triggers the fear in me that I lost him. Atleast twin flame label keeps me going out of desire of union. Do you see where I am in the journey 🙂 I still expect union, I fear loss, I still don’t feel complete in myself; co-dependency. I still don’t love myself enough, seeking love in him. As it is said that there is a “sense of knowing”. At times I doubt my inner voice as sometimes it says he is a twin; other times (mostly the logical mind) it says may be its not a twin. A struggle in between inner voice and logical mind that operates from earthly template. However there comes a time in life in this journey when we move beyond the label and start experiencing the reality of the connection for what it is and this is a turning point too as this is the time we start focusing on ourselves as that’s what this journey is all about. It’s about YOU. And then the label doesn’t matter; what matters is the truth and the truth is that they are the catalyst.

But as u said, we tend to associate this connection with union, before physical union, union at spiritual level, mental level, astral level. I'd like that more than just the physical union cz we fight at silly things. He lies, I don't. Over a period of time, I have started to mistrust him. If he is only a catalyst, I wait for him to be just a long forgotten memory. He has woken me up. His job is done, then why doesnt the connection go away, why doesnt my love fade away. But I cant get him out of my system. I pray for it. I think I go thru the DNOTS everyday. Does it all make sense. I'm all up in my head.

Thank you, this video felt very validating to me. I have heard many others speak about the importance of meditation and balancing chakras, but those did not call to me. I have been doing inner work as you described since even before I met my twin, but it definitely intensified through meeting him. I can also confirm that in the beginning I needed validation or opinions from third parties (including my twin!) for answers, and this lead to more confusion. I feel validated that I am on the right path and to just be patient with myself :)

Absolutely amazing. Your experience is very close to mine. During seperation with my tf it was so painful that I started getting help for things like my depression, going to therapy for a decade of repressed trauma, etc. I only learned about the term twinflame when I had a reading done in curiosity about a potential future partner (the typical where, when, what I needed to do from my side to potential meet them) but kept getting past cards of someone that seemed very consistant with soulmates or a tf coming back around. Of course I was very confused and looked it up and all of it checked out. The odd spark that happened suddenly when meeting them(I dont fall for people easily so it was extremely weird for me) the way we seemed to match so well from past experiences to little things like odd sensativities from perfume or earrings, even how we found each other was odd(a trip of mine got cancelled and I used the ticket to go someplace else and thats where we met). Even the seperation was over something so mundane that I questioned if they had been lying about loving me but the more research I did the more consistent my experience became. In the first few months of talking, so much of me was evolving and I didnt understand why but now I do. This journey is so painful but it's helped me get to where I am. I can feel them around me, see them vividly in my dreams, and honestly believe that we'll be guided to one another some day again. You were right about the ego;; for so long I tried to pretend I wasnt hurt or that the seperation made me unbothered. I tried to forget about them and tell myself that I didnt love them anymore even when I knew that was a lie. I had to come to the realization that I still do love them, just as much as I did when we met. I hope theyre living a good life. I hope that they got the chance to evolve and grow like I did.

That is so true! I went for a meditation retreat and with healing chakras I got out of DNOS but the triggers from my TF were still there. Healing is all about how you handle triggers right? You manifest what you choose to believe! So be careful in choosing it. :-) Dark forces do exist, yes but if you have a powerful aura and energies they can not invade it. It is not at all easy to do that. Choose to believe that you are protected. That keeps your auric fields and energies impossible to invade.

Matrix Twins (to be precise) do not do inner work consciously as they do not carry the consciousness of the tf journey. They have a certain "role" t play. (Runner chaser dynamic can change/flip but matrix twin and spiritual twin ate the roles which don't change.) You can watch my video on matrix twin vs spiritual twin: A roleplay. However, matrix twins ARE aware or slowly get aware of the divinity of the connection. Their route to ready that awareness can be completely different than yours.

I think different people are giving different labels to similar things to explain it. So more it less yes. I personally do not like to call it shadow work, as it gives a negative tinge to it. This process of introspection is not necessarily always on your negative aspects. There is a lot positive too! So why call it shadow work.

Intent- what if you don’t think it’s possible? Example... your intention is to work on being self sufficient but you are handicapped? (Meaning you won’t ever be totally self sufficient because your handicap requires assistance from others.). To set an intention means you believe it’s possible and will strive to move towards that goal. But how to set an intention or move towards that intention when it’s a total mystery how it could possibly come to be? There’s no moving towards anything, or striving, therefore it’s not really an intention, but a just mere wish? Will that do? Or is that not the same thing? Intention would suggest you see a clear path, but you’re just not at the destination yet, or will take some time to get there but you are set on attaining that goal. But what if you see NO clear path and see no possibility? Thank you.

Meditation is like vitamin supplement. If you do, it is beneficial surely. But if you consider vitamin supplement as a full course meal,it's not going to serve you as that Similarly,meditation is not inner work.

Yes absolutely. It is all about trusting your inner voice. For me I had no one to guide me. I have not taken help from anyone in my journey apart from my spirit guides!

@@StudyMotivation-sv3wh If you have watched this video - you will understand, if not watch again. it is not a rocket science. it is simple. 1. identify what triggers you. that will exactly show you your inner issues. 2. accept the issue which you identified. 3. SET THE INTENT to overcome it. even if you do this much - you will progress a lot. try it.

@@AwakenwithPradnyaa mam...i have watched it...but have some confusion like.. as u say set intent..i m sharing with u something..he didn't contact me over almost three months.. so I put a beautiful status but he nor even seen it..so i got hurt ...that he forgot me..nd neglecting me...i still have expectations from him..that one day he is going to come to marry me..but every day I got disappointed with lonely feeling..so how can I set intend to overcome this..what should I set when he is not even bother to know how I m ...where I m..mam i m very much hurt ...

@@StudyMotivation-sv3wh Your intent setting should not be depending on what he is doing or not doing. WHAT YOU NEED TO SET FOR YOU IS: "I want to overcome my expectations. I set the intent to overcome my expectations." "I sent the intent that I want to come into my own balance and power." You need to set this intent as your expectations are draining you out. It is disappointing you. What I see in your comment is - your state of mind is fluctuating according to how he is reacting or how he is not reacting. You need to come above that.

My Twin fame lack's trust for me despite the fact that I have been faithful and have never cheated on him since 3rd march we connected fully and i moved in with him, he always accuse me of having sex with his boy to the fact I have swear so many time with different spiritual tools and places to prove my innocent, I have been doing inner work since but he is till accusing me of cheating where as am innocent, why I did accept to swear so many times is because he called his pastor and the man added fuel to the fire by telling him that yes I am cheating on him with his boy that we are planning on killing him and taking his things that he should send me away the pastor did not know that the phone is on speak out that I agreed and told him to call the pastor since he is insisting that am having affair with my younger brother's age mate, I cried and cried my eyes out, evening with the swears to prove my innocence he is still insisting we will go to some spiritual house to swear, please how do I handle such issue,he is insisting who go somewhere else to swear and I to him no . please help me I choose to walk away from the relationship because the accusation is so unbearable to me.
