Hey sugandha, all your videos are so informative. Thank you. You are the best. I do want to share something with you. I went for one of vistara cabin crew interviews. It was an eye opening experience for me. During the interview we were all assembled in one hall, it was a size of 50 to 60 candidates. It was an open interview we were allowed to speak on any topics For one min infront of everybody and we all saw clearly what happend that day. Those who fumble many times, those who got nervous and couldn't finish, their names were called out at the end of the interview, rest of us were sent back home. I clearly saw the injustice being done to those candidates who deserve to b on next round. I mean what's the point of conducting interview when the names are already chosen. May b It is what it is! I don't know. I heard this guy who was one of the candidates talking to his friends he said " name are already shortlisted. Interview is just a formality. At that time I really didn't like what he said. But he was right. It's chosen already.

It's really Disgusting if that's true. May be u misunderstood but as you said everyone spoke in front of all so, may be Yes! Although if they had already shortlisted candidates, they would not conduct interview in front of everyone otherwise you people will come to know about it. so don't lose faith and keep giving interviews for other companies.
