One thing I would comment about yoga as someone who has practiced and taught for many years is that one of the main reasons injuries happen is lack of patience with the process. Flexibility and strength come with time. Many people come in to class/practice with either a highly competitive attitude, or they push themselves to try to do advanced practice too soon. It's also not just about achieving poses and finding easy ways to get around doing the work of the practice; it's not a video game. That said, I can see where this can help someone who has already injured themselves.

Possible to make a video discussing the evidence and some of the most relevant research?

No need. I'm an evidence :) and I have a couple of friends too. Kinstretch will change the game for you.

@@naderjaffalreally glad it changed the game for you. That's awesome. It is not quite how science evidence works - it's a great outcome for you though.

You're right, I just meant to say that it works from someone who has been at it for three months now. The results until now are very encouraging.

This is like yoga. This is practical for exercise. However, not very realistic in the workplace. Do that before you clock in at your job, your boss probably won’t like seeing you in the break room sporting spandex on company time. Tai-Chi is a good one for flexibility too.

Not entirely. He didn't say this here, but most general stretching practices don't include an end range strength component.
