What is Kumbhak in the true sense? | Swamy Raj Vibhu

A drop falls from the stambha/ kaivalya aspect of Shiva and takes various manifestations in numerous paths and remains as an essence of every path. Padma Stambha lineage which Swamy Raj Vibhu is a part of still remains a subtle base which holds a lot of lineages. From Kashmir Shaivism, Pashupathy of Nepal, Vishvanath, Mahakal to Dhyanalinga and many more.
Graced By his Guru Shiva, Swamy has a mission to impart the Kumbhak aspect of life to integrate the human system back to health and spiritual possibility. He is therefore running a lot of programs towards that; where he is exploring and expounding the world of Kumbhak. Programs which pioneers in the reversal of disease like Cancer, Diabetes, BP , Heart Problems, Asthma, Thyroid, taking care of Neuromusculoskeletal issues, weight issues to running fertility related programs. Lots of other projects in the pipeline for students, corporate world, sports and addictions and disabilities.

Very well explained Swamiji. Swamiji I hv joined the 9 weeks kumbhak therepy course. Could u similarly explain in detail how the kriyas taught in each class work? This will enhance the effectiveness of our performance of the kriyas, as we will be able to understand how each Kriya is working on the body.
