When it's come to repairing hernia with mesh Repair. It better needs to be done with open surgery rather than Laparoscopic Because the open Surgery has 99% chance of Success where the Laparoscopic Surgery has 93% chance of Successfully repairing hernia. Other than that it's depend on patience what they want. Laparoscopic Surgery does take 6 Months Instead of 3 months to heal the Abdominal wall when the surgery is done from what I heard.
