Truth be known that’s how wealthy people build wealth! That property is a huge investment that will be a money maker! Weather as a high fence retreat/hunting lodge or as a hunting lease/ lodge without the fence ! Not to mention he could sell it to a developer down the road or subdivide and develop it himself! But he’s smart and knows the difference between smart purchases and instant gratification bad purchases! When you think I got all this money abs don’t watch prices or what your spending, before you know it you’re broke! I know from experience! I went from spend it while I got it mentality to watching prices and asking myself do I need this? And now we just closed in January on our dream property and still have enough money in the bank that we could support ourselves without any income for 12-18 months! It’s amazing how quickly you can save money when you start being smart with your purchases!
