Depends if it is pre-approved or not. Pre-approval ones take couple of weeks or a week. But others take 3-5 months

LMIA does not cost $40000. Government processing charges are maximum $1000 and Legal professional charges $5000 max for processing the application. Rest is all going into his pocket.
