Very few skincare products have true cult status. Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 is one of them. I have hypersensitive rosacea prone skin. Would you recommend a Biologique Recherche facial for someone with my concerns? Did you use their online consultation service?

They do have a range of products to suit rosacea skin, it would just be important to describe how severe and how sensitive your skin can be. I originally had an email consult, then eventually in person.

A few years ago I used P50V regularly. Then I started Tretinoin and stopped using P50v for a year. Currently I use it once every few days. I would like to switch to daily use as you suggest, but I don't want to give up Treta. Maybe in the morning? Only then copper or ascorbic acid are out of the question... When I used P50 regularly, my skin was like glass, and I am currently 57 years old. Thank you for the video, best regards

If your skin is resilient enough and is totally fine using tretinoin, then there is no reason you can't use P50 under tret. It's just, the combination every day might end up being too irritating. Unfortunately it might be a bit of trial and error.

I use tret at night and p50 in the morning, i switch every other day with vitamin c in the morning

Thank you for this video! I've been using BR for years but recently I had to stop using P50 pigm 400 because I got some reaction, some kind of white heads and small acnes that I never had. Not sure if I should continue 🫣🤷🏼‍♀️

It's unlikely to suddenly cause a problem if you've used it for years, unless something else has changed around your routine. Might be worth not using it for a while to see if the problem persists anyway, or speaking to BR about it and maybe switching formula.
