Well I thought the fees would be up to $10,000 CAD, but $1600 to $4250 seems reasonable to me. The only issue is that if it gets to hearing, it could drag to 12 months, that's just ridiculous, it defeats the main purpose.

So basically if you are tired of waiting for almost 3 years since AOR, and got multiple approvals verbally - you should go for this to bring it up to their notice. IRCC called me in 2020 saying they lost my passport. in Jan 2021, an officer who called me told me to quit waiting and apply for a new passport. its 2022, i was told to get a third medical this Jan too. How many times should I wait and keep doing medicals every year for this?

helo sir, i got the PR my query is that at the airport immigration officer will they demand for POF? . how we can show them pof ,only bank statements is inuff to show and can we transfer our funds after reaching canada or before landing we have to transfer to canadian bank. and one more can i used these pof for book my accomodation from india.

Ircc is really causing depression to the applicants

My brother! I guess you're Nigerian going by the name. Depression is even an understatement. Being a Nigerian applying for canada immigration is even tougher compared to other countries. I've applied under the immigration program since November 2021 despite being eligible for the 2 week processing GSS program. I'm still waiting after 7 whole months. Its really crazy.

Hi kubair. I applied for TRP from USA on june 2021 . Under NLPNP. Processing time from usa is 9 weeks only . Also my job comes under essential worker category. And they are processing my TRP at UAE office . Is I am eligible for USA processing time or UAE ?

Hello, my application AOR date is 21july 2021, last day i called IRCC and i was told that my application has been finalised last month already on 2may2022, however i did not receive any PPR yet , is there anything that can be done to know what’s happening and why still my PPR not sent ? People on immigration fourms say it might be coz my medical is going to expire soon so they are holding my PPR, its going to expire on 22 july 2022, i tried doing upfront remedical but hospital denied saying they can’t do it before ircc ask for it, i have sent webforms and ordered GCMS Notes , there is no reply yet.. how long more should i wait ? Is this normal wait time to send ppr after finalising application? Chances my application is stuck with some issue with print queue may be ?

Applied pr through non express entry online on April 21 2021, nothing yet, not even AOR Contact ircc after 12 month, said they don’t have any applications under the applicant name, and specified that, it might not entered on the system by the officer who looking my file, doesn’t mean that they don’t have my file. Month after I contacted ircc through my local MP and took 10 days to get replay back from ircc. Same answer they don’t have Any application under this applicant name, but same time, ircc ask me to provide the confirmation mail of submission of my pr application, but I don’t get anything like that. What I having is the portal page that shows my application is submitted and the fee payment receipt. I replied the mail with all the information that I have on my application. At the same time my immigration representative put a proposal to do a duplicate submission of my application ( make new applications through online and paper base with a letter mention that the it’s copy of my first application which is submitted on April 21 2021) the online resubmitted on may 30 2022. Well this time I got the online confirmation. June 3rd 2022 I got the mail back from ircc, they find my new application which my representative submitted on may 30 2022 and they don’t have my first application or they couldn’t find it, ircc specify that the application on this applicant name was submitted on may 30 2022, which sounds like I have to start from beginning. Those who submit their application on non express entry online portal between April and June, make sure they have your application. If not you are on my same situation. Start talking, or maybe we gonna sit down forever like this. I wish no one having the same situation, all the best.

Reached out to him with a case where IRCC have mentioned in gcms notes that absence of upfront medical report in a spousal sponsorship can lead to delay or denial. He replied, so what, give it to them. Brother, thats not possible. Tu meri team hai ki uski. Own goal thodi marna hai court me 🤣

I applied in Aug 2021 non express BC PNP but till now no Aor.its heart breaking first pnp was stopped for kore than a year due to covid n now it’s processing time is unacceptable. Nothing changes with PNP. It’s really hard life’s are stuck at a point.

I got my ITA under fsw express entry in november 2020, got my biometrics done in march, 2021.. i was asked to submit my police verification and medical again in April, 2022 with the deadline being may,2022.
