When I started the current job I am at, the team I joined tried this out the first week I was there. It was quite the experience for someone new coming to a team to kind of learn how everyone worked and how they thought. It was especially handy coming in new to a project you know nothing about and learning it from everyone there and how they coded. The team did this for a full week and finished the piece they were working on using it and then moved back to using paired programming and never did it again. But it was definitely an experience I highly recommend trying out sometime and maybe an activity to do if you ever bring on new developers to a team. The other thing I loved about it is we were getting team members involved who have never coded before with the whole process. Having those extra voices and how they see things while you're working through a problem can be very refreshing and give you a different ideas on how to solve a problem. I definitely recommend trying it out sometime.

Great idea. This will surely work wonders if the team is really inclined towards it
