It is obvious I totally agree with Moonlightning Everyone works for money only and if company really have issues with this then increase our salary ,We won't be working anywhere but they will not do this also just want to bind us their 12-13 hr job,less salary,more pressure and all,I recently subscribed your channel and it really helped me a lot 🙏🙏

yeah i support moonlight because the salary paid by these companies are way less compared to other companies Also its been nearly a decade the salary is same for freshers in tcs infosys etc.

Working as a freelancer if it's not affecting my Current job and organization then it's totally Fine. And my previous Companies work experience i'm using on my Current Job then it also should be fine if I'm Not Sharing any confidential info.

Exactly. We know how to keep them separate. It would be like having a grass cutting business and being told you can only cut one grass. That is what some companies do by saying you can only have only one job and only with them.

Any personal work that I am doing for my necessity out of my office hours should be none of my current company's business and any tech that I use for my side hustle is my choice as far as I am not using my company's creds/tools or devices for that work.

अब फ्री time मे कुछ लोग government job karte karte padhate hai, kheti karate hai koi aur business karate hai.....Kuch log share market mai paisa banate hai ....Ye sab moon lighting hi hai...... Koi free time mai kuch kar raha ho toh paise ke liye kar raha hai..... issse dikhat ki kya baat hai......
