Kuya Louie you are doing all the right things that will enable you live a healthy and good Retirement life back home. I do similar checks every two weeks sometimes farther out except I am not Diabetic and I work hard to maintain a Healthy Blood Sugar level doing exactly what you are doing in this Vlog. I go to the Gym four to five days a week and I walk three miles five days a week. It's not a guarantee that you will live longer but by demonstrating what you do you will inspire others to to get moving and monitor their health and possibly avoid being strung up in a Hospital with all kinds of Tubes and everything else that can put on and in you. We had our walk way painted with rubber base paint a few months ago and resulted in more slip and fall accidents. The pavement becomes more slippery when wet or during rainy days. We eventually decided to scrape off the painted area. My brother-in-law slipped & fell on his head, 2 nieces & another brother-in-law also slipped. Ingat po kayo. I wouldn't want you to experience the trouble we went through.
