Doubtful new schemes like NPS vatsalya by govt on children financial safety after sudden withdrawal/lower interest rate of children PPF a/c. What is the guarantee in the future that the govt will not change rules and regulations. After sudden change withdraw/lower interest rate in children PPF a/c scheme is financial loss at cost of millions of children future education and marriage experience etc.
