Clearly starting with the end in mind-the business desired outcomes-drives the observability practices, we want to make sure the systems and processes that enable the business outcomes perform at the required level. Love the fact that the term correlation as opposed to cause-effect, for this particular case of observability, is used. Learning and sharing knowledge, a way to go!
