Every country amends their constitution, given the need of their society and its evolving electorate. Changing values with time also plays a role. Both correction and amended are applicable if we are to make space for ideas wrongly input or changes needed, respectively. Having said that, amending the constitution because its "cheaper to run election" isn't really a sound argument! Its not some textbook rentals which can be changed just because other cheaper forms are available.

23:56 moron our constitition is based on concept of unitary (at most quasi-federal) & not a federation or federalism. PART 1 ARTICLE 1 : india i. e. BHARAT shall be union of states. That's why according to PART 1 (ARTICLE FROM 1 TO 4) the sole criteria to make a state resides with PARLIAMENT alone & not any state legislature even if matter is related to it. Recent judgment on 370 abrogation confirmed it. As Dr. Ambedkar said India is a country as an indestructible union with states as destructible units.

I started a start-up in my college in 2022. I got 15 lakhs grant from Startup India Seed Fund Scheme. Today when I try to work with the government, I have to wait for almost every 6 months because when I submit my proposal to government they said there is state election and in "Achar Sanhita" period we can not allocate new funds... After some time they said now it's Lok sabha election and due to "Achhar Sanhita" we can not allocate new funds... After 6 months now they are saying now it's panchsyat election and "Achar Sanhita" will be applied 😂😂😂😂 that's why we need One nation one election so that government body can work more efficiently....
