0:11 - - original sin is *privation* - - it is being *deprived* of what our first parents had - but then forfeited. 0:40 - - original sin isn’t an inheritance of guilt - - it is a *disinheritance of Divine Life* (the supernatural Life of the Trinity) 0:46 - - our first parents do not transmit their guilt + depravity - - they transmit their *privation* (their absence of what they once had; a supernatural void; they had it - but LOST it; we are born with human life devoid of Divine Life - - we are disinherited, dispossessed). Jesus came to SAVE what was LOST. 🔥🕊 This is why He taught that we must be born again (reborn) - - not of the flesh - - but of water 💧 and the Spirit 🕊

Please correct me if what i am about to say is wrong, but i will humbly try to give one or two simple examples. Let us suppose that my parents were very very rich, and then one day, they decided to go to the casino and gambled and lost all their money, then i was conceived and born into a very ( now ) poor family, Is it my fault? no, am i guilty of something? again, no. But i am deprived of all the richness which they had before because of what they did in the casino. Or another simple similar example: My parents are both healthy, but then they did something wrong and they caught Aids, then i was conceived and born with HIV positive. Am i guilty? no, did i deserve it? no. Did i do something wrong? no, but i was born deprived of my health and HIV positive because of what my parents did and gave to me. GBU

Look up "Die the Death" "I die daily" Before Adam and Eve sinned they "were naked and felt no shame." Right after they sinned they immediately "knew they were naked and used leaves" to cloth themselves. I think this explains what is inhereted.. Gal 3.22 Interesting to use a concordance and look up "flesh Spirit" Without the true belief in original sin I'm not sure if you can believe in the full salvation, grace, and power or Christ.

Jesus knew tge hearts of all,yet the church turns to the dead saints and mother Mary for comfort and guidance, strange jesus always said he alone is the way we have to know about ourselves.

What is wrong with viewing the original sin event in the Garden of Eden as an orientation session; much like how the original drunk drivers oriented society to the lack of driving safely through the weakness of alcohol? The original drunk drivers caused prejudice and judgement against future drunk drivers, but the original drunk drivers did nit CAUSE the future problems of drunk driving. People mistakenly blame Adam for their sins, but this is like blaming the safety endangerment of today's drunk drivers on the original drunk drivers. Eve (Adam's flesh) was enticed by the lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, and the pride of life BEFORE she and Adam transgressed God's commandment. The forbidden fruit corresponded to the law, and St. Paul imitated Adam's sin, as documented in Romans 7. There is no such thing as inheriting original sin (or disinheritance/deprivation of divine life), just as there is no such thing as inheriting original drunk driving (or a deprivation of driving ability) that can be blamed on the original drunk drivers.

God said to Adam the day you eat the forbidden fruit, you would surely die. Genesis 2:17. Thus, it's understandable wages of sin is death. So, what does mean death? I'm sure theologians making tremendous mistakes in their teaching of original sin. Death is that the Spirit that God breathed into the nostrils was Departed from his physical body, and instead, the Spirit rooted from the forbidden tree Arrived into his physical body. Thus, the original sin brought death and it continued to the subsquent generation until now. Theologians may not agree the Spirit rooted from the forbidden tree ARRIVED into his body, and instead, they may say that Adam was separated from God or Adam Spiritually died but Adam didn't separate from God or Spiritually not die b/c there's no death for spirit. So, litrally there's a satanic spirit or unclean Spirit passed on to sinner, thus passed on from generation to generations during sexual activities which is sin even in the bond of this age marriage b/c of the fact that sex is being done either in darkness or in secret, therefore, it"s sin. In John 3, the Lord says to Rabbi Nicodemus, unless you BORN AGAIN that means what? Why one has to be born again? One has to birn again b/c his first birth wasn't of God, if so then born of whom? Sin or Satan. Thus, needs to be born again. How to be Born Again? This's similar to Adam's first day, God breathed the same way Holy Spirit must be ARRIVED into a sinner so that the satanic from a sinner must be DEPARTED. So, these TWO events happen in a fraction of or w/o a gap of time in a human body. Jesus says in verse 8, there is Coming & Going, the satanic from must go & the Holy Spirit must come. Thus, if anybody born again then he never dead again b/c he passed from death unto eternal life, and that 2nd death have no power over him but he would become like JESUS and repeat what Jesus did back then. So, original sin have such a profound message and also provide, how to get rid of it through JESUS but theologians teach something irrelevant today, they haven't studied the repercussions of original sin & that do not know the remidies. They need to know what is this age maariage & what is that age maariage & the difference betwen these two marriages. Psalm 51:5 is hyberbolic but David blames not his mother, nor Adam but sin & satan for his birth, thus they seems supportive of satan & sin which they don't know themselves. This's how front line ministers were deceived by the devil. I'm really sad when I look at ignorance of theologians.

NOWHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES IT SAY WE INHERIT GUILT. WE INHERENT DEATH. IF HUMANS INHERIT GUIILT THEN A BABY WHO DIES BEFORE BIRTH WOULD BE IN HELL
@speransasperansa5150
@speransasperansa5150 27 күн бұрын
While it’s true that the Bible does not explicitly state that we inherit guilt, it does teach that through the sin of Adam and Eve, humanity became subject to the consequences of sin, which include death and a weakened nature inclined towards sin (Romans 5:12). The Catholic Church teaches that through the process of original sin, all human beings inherit a fallen nature, which includes a predisposition to sin. However, it’s important to clarify that the Catholic understanding of original sin does not mean that infants who die before birth would be condemned to hell. The Church recognizes the mercy and justice of God, and in cases such as these, we trust in the loving mercy of God, who desires all to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4). The Church teaches that through the sacrament of baptism, the effects of original sin are removed, and the individual is incorporated into the life of Christ and the Church.

In the Catholic faith, dismissing others as fools contradicts the teachings of Christ. In Matthew 5:22, Jesus warns against calling others fools, saying, "But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, 'Raca,' is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell." Therefore, as Catholics, we are called to show respect and love towards all, even those whose perspectives may differ from our own. Rather than dismissing others outright, we should strive to engage in constructive dialogue and seek wisdom from various sources, recognizing that God's truth can be revealed through diverse voices and experiences.

@@speransasperansa5150 those that hike up too steep a mountain 🏔️ are apt to make large mistakes. If a fool doesn’t believe, and holds you to his experience, you may fail in your beliefs. While expecting a mountain to move… it is only believable to know what can be done. This is basic. To believe in a great power. You need a strong mind believing. To follow unbelievers is folly.

@@thomasbeckett1245 It's unfortunate that you're resorting to labeling someone like Scott Hahn as a "fool" simply because of a disagreement in beliefs. Such language not only lacks respect but also reflects poorly on your own character rather than discrediting Hahn's credibility. Scott Hahn is a respected theologian known for his sincere dedication to the Catholic faith and his scholarly contributions. Dismissing him as a "fool" because you disagree with his interpretations or teachings is not only intellectually lazy but also uncharitable. Furthermore, your analogy about hiking up a steep mountain and making mistakes seems misplaced. In matters of faith and belief, it's not about blindly following anyone, but rather about seeking truth with an open mind and heart. Dismissing differing perspectives outright only serves to hinder genuine dialogue and understanding. Instead of resorting to name-calling and dismissing others, why not engage in a respectful exchange of ideas? After all, the pursuit of truth should be guided by humility and openness, not by arrogance and closed-mindedness.
