For the curious about engine, I proposed a new cycle that is an otto cycle plus an addition of a special central compression piston called c.c.p engine. I posted the basic diagram in this link. community.oilprice.com/topic/4762-central-compression-piston-engine/?tab=comments#comment-39783, no studies have been done yet but I estimate that it produce 6 time the power as the usual otto cycle engine currently in use in all cars today. It has the usual boost of gasoline burning but with a special compression-expansion cycle that is not found in the otto cycle. All that with no additional cost and special costly parts, just small modification easy to measure once a small prototype is tried. The compression chamber and expansion chamber do not have the same volume, so there is additional power applied to the engine.

In the constant pressure heat addition also it is straight line (In his video) but the fact is this, it can be curve or straight line. Whether at P=C or V=C, addition of heat increases both entropy and temperature (dQ=dS.T). If the temp n entropy varies linearly then it will be straight line. otherwise it will be a curve
