What is Our Assignment on Earth? To Share the Gospel or Ignore the Lost?

Hey guys,
Many people shy away from sharing their faith with people they know need it, but I met someone who said: If you know that this pill is what will heal this person, would you keep it away from them?
And that's a question for all of us to consider when it's time to do our assignment on earth?
