Hey Srinidhi! Good day to you! I honestly can't remember which one I chose when we registered our account, it was 2016 hah.. But I can definitely tell you that to that account I got paid for different services (and not only Amazon payments). So I think online seller will be just fine. To make sure, you can reach out to their support over at Payoneer. But honestly, I don't see any problems there. I use both Payoneer and PayPal.. Some organization can only pay via PayPal to me, and some only Payoneer.. But what's cool is that Payoneer to Payoneer is free. And generally it's cheaper, it seems. Good luck to you! :)

Customer service is dreadful. I do not recommend it. Go over the reviews online. I have a lot of questions, and no one can answer them without filling out all my information. I can't get anyone on the phone. It's not worth the headache.

@@vovaeven Hello, They will not communicate with me without having an account. They want me to fill out my bank info without knowing if I can use their services. I tried calling no answer. I tried emailing them and they make me go through a bunch of questions first. It just doesnt feel right. I shouldn't have to go through all these hoos for a couple of questions. The reviews were scary too. I just contacted wise and I spoke with someone on the phone answered my questions in 5min.

Got it, I feel ya. I will transfer our conversation to the Payoneer team. I hope that they will take action on easing this process, and generally on improving their support. For now it seems like they lost a customer to Wise, which is fair enough based on my readings here. Myself I am a happy customer of Payoneer, but I definitely do hear your concerns. No probs! You are right. Please don't give up, and keep going! Ask for people from your country who they use for payments, and see if you can sign up. I can't help much, since I don't do dropshipping, only private label on Amazon. But yeah, things will get easier with time. Just keep going! :)

Hey, I didn't fully understand the question.. However, I've been getting payed from Amazon to Payoneer over 6 years now, and I also pay my team members via Payoneer.. All good :) I also transfer money to my bank account, no issue..

Hey, you can get a Payoneer card and use it for any payments online. However, if you want to transfer money to your Payoneer account, it has to come from a marketplace or another business that pays you. You can't just transfer from personal account. Lemme know if it makes sense :)

@@vovaeven Dear friend, I appreciate your position, but absolutely disagree with you. First thing they always do - close your ticket automatically without reading the problem. Then you have to open it again, and some person answer just some bullshit from template without reading, again, close the ticket. Sometimes you have to repeat the problem 3 -5 times to not close the ticket... It's not help, it's Mockery.

I understand. I am truly not happy to hear that you've received such service from Payoneer. I do hope they improve. And to again, to be honest, they've helped me solve all the tickets that I've submitted. Maybe my questions were simple and easy to solve, hence they got solved. Perhpas with more complicated stuff they have problems. Anyhow, in this case, I'd recommend you checking for some alternatives.
