pelham is the best bits around it the best of both worlds it two bits in one you could start a young horse in one with a short shank(baby pelham) and you first use it as a snaffle for the first 3 months then grad the horse to level bit then after that use both at the same time

I miss measurements. Bits cannot be discussed by having a look or by testing them on a horse. To compare them, we have to measure the pressure they are using on the horses mouths. Not everything possible must be used for sport and fun. Damaged horse teeth and broken horse yaws are not acceptable. Rubber instead of steel must not be an advantage, because it may cause more friction on the sensitive skin of the horses mouths.
