What is post-exertional malaise (PEM) and how can we avoid it?
Dr Lynette Hodges has expertise in this topic as she is involved in research into exercise and post-exertional malaise in ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis /Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) at the School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition, at Massey University, NZ.
