The Peppol Exchange service for the cloud edition of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance provides Peppol access point services to senders and receivers of electronic documents using the Peppol eDelivery Network. It enables you to exchange invoices and related documents in electronic form with authorities and business partners.
Use Cases
You use the service to exchange electronic documents with business partners. The electronic documents can be, for example, invoices that you created for your customers in your back-end systems or invoices you received from your supplier
Features
Act as access point
Act as an access point in the Peppol network and is able to communicate with other access points in the Peppol network.
Send and receive messages
Exchange with other access points electronic messages. These messages can be either business transaction documents, such as invoices, as well as delivery notifications.
Schematron validations
Run Schematron checks on outgoing and incoming electronic documents to validate them against electronic document exchange standards.
Exchange data with back-end systems
Persist messages related to electronic documents coming from access points to the back-end systems.
Human-readable version
Display human-readable version of incoming invoices before sending them to the back-end system.
Registration with Peppol network
Register your company as a participant in the Peppol network.
Monitoring of Usage
Displays immediate statistics on the usage of the subscribed electronic documents.
Seamless integration to SAP Systems
