I'm so surprised this video has no comments! Thank you for addressing such an important topic! I've always believed this is the way classrooms should be conducted and with the crazy rate of development of AI, personalized learning is, to me, the most promising way to educate a generation that could handle the new world powered and dominated by AI. Critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and emotional intelligence are vital skills and traditional classrooms are not doing a good job of encouraging our children to achieve those skills.
